Who we are

BG Holiday Lighting is a holiday lighting installation company serving Bowling Green, Kentucky and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect through bgholidaylighting.com, our chat, and text messages, and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, mobile number, property address, and anything you write in a chat or text, such as questions about your house or project.
• Technical basics: like most websites, our hosting and the services that deliver our fonts, scripts, and chat widget receive standard information such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule your walkthrough, and send your quote.
• To install, maintain, take down, and store your lights, and to contact you about that service.
• To keep records of the work we do for you.

We do not sell your information.

Text messages

When you request a quote, start a chat, or text us, you agree to receive text messages from BG Holiday Lighting about your quote, scheduling, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who helps us run things

We use a small number of service providers to operate: a customer relationship platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) that stores your contact details and sends our texts, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer or prospective customer, and as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. Ask us and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Contact us using the details below.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
